From the time I started my first job at 13, I have been working in customer service in some aspect. My work experience includes: retail, hospitality (restaurants and hotels), non-profit, and for 8 years I worked at a large residential exteriors construction company in their accounting department. I have a diploma in Hospitality Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Psychology, minoring in Sociology. My academic and occupational experience over the past 19 years has taught me how to be the best for my clients. Being born and raised in Calgary has allowed me to watch this beautiful city grow. When I'm not working, you can find me exploring YYC with my partner, Ryan, and our two dogs, Ash & Zoey.
